1. Add all of the ingredients into your blender, and blend until smooth.
2. Add shredded coconut on top for garnish.
3. Sip and dream of being in Maui!
Add up to 1/2 cup of additional coconut milk depending on your preference of the thickness of the smoothie. If using fresh fruit instead of frozen fruit, add 1/2 cup of crushed ice to keep the drink cool.
