Instructions
  1. To prepare the pâté in a food processor, pulse the almonds, pine nuts, garlic, lemon, salt, and water until a coarse consistency.
  2. To flavor the pâté, blend in any or all of the optional ingredients.
  3. Top with chopped parsley.
  4. You may also add your favorite herbs and spices.
Recipe Notes

Excellent for raw dishes such as veggie patties, spreads, dip or rolled vegetable appetizers. May store in refrigerator for a week or freeze for 6 months.
