Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients including spices in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, molasses, and applesauce. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix, making sure dry ingredients are coated.
Spread wet granola on baking sheets and bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping granola halfway through to get an even crisp on each side. Allow to cool on the baking sheet, then remove and store in an air-tight container.
