Instructions
1. Add all of the ingredients into your blender, and blend until smooth.
2. Add shredded coconut on top for garnish.
3. Sip and dream of being in Maui!
Recipe Notes
Add up to 1/2 cup of additional coconut milk depending on your preference of the thickness of the smoothie. If using fresh fruit instead of frozen fruit, add 1/2 cup of crushed ice to keep the drink cool.

Super Charged Green Smoothie
This is my favorite smoothie first thing in the morning. It is more like a juice than a thick smoothie and is not too sweet. It is cleansing, refreshing and satisfying.

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process for at least 2 minutes. I like to pour mine into a bell jar to put in refrigerator and drink all day!

Instructions
Soak cashews for 4 hours or overnight.
Drain cashews and rinse well.
Put 6 cups of filtered water in a Vitamix or high-powered blender and drop in 5 chopped dates allowing them to soften in the water for 10-20 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until creamy.
